Skripti ry

Skripti ry is the student association for computer science students at the University of Eastern Finland's Joensuu campus. Skripti's goal is to unite computer science students with various events, act as an advocate for students, and organize collaboration with companies in the field.

Collaboration

Skripti aims to create high-quality collaborations with IT companies.

Company logos on our overalls, website, and social media posts ensure visibility among students for years to come.

Events

Skripti organizes many of its own as well as interdisciplinary events throughout the year. Internal events include sitsit, board game nights, sports trials, and sauna evenings.
Interdisciplinary events organized by Skripti include Omstart at the beginning of the semester, as well as Winter Mayhem and Halloween Mayhem.

Skripti's events are best found on either the Skripti info channel, Skripti's Instagram, or the Skripti event calendar.

Skripti aims to actively organize collaboration events with companies in the field.

Our cooperation events include networking in a comfortable and casual atmosphere.

For example, sauna evenings, workshops, other evening parties, and excursions are good forms of cooperation events and are popular among both students and companies.

Skripti's association room is located in room TB181 on the 1st floor of building 1 in the Joensuu Science Park.
All computer science students can use the association room during the Science Park's opening hours (Mon-Fri 8-16). Whether you are a member of Skripti or not.
